We collect only what we need to build and ship your planner and run the business: your email, the design you create, and — when you order — your shipping address and payment confirmation.

What we collect

Account email (for passwordless sign-in and order updates); your saved planner designs; order details and shipping address; and payment confirmations from our processor (we never see or store full card numbers).

How we use it

To render and print your planner, fulfill and ship orders, send order/shipping notifications and any re-order reminders you opt into, and to operate and improve the service.

Who we share it with

Only the providers needed to deliver your order: our payment processor (Stripe) and our print/fulfillment partner (Lulu), each only with the data required to do their part. We don't sell your personal data.

Your choices & rights

From your account you can manage and delete your saved designs, opt out of reminder emails, download a copy of all your data, and delete your account entirely. When you delete your account, your saved designs are removed and past orders are kept for legal/accounting records but stripped of your personal details. You can also reach us by email for any data request.
