Gift card terms

Gift cards never expire and carry no fees. Redeemable only toward planners and add-ons at Planner Builder. Not redeemable for cash except where required by law. The full balance can be applied across one or more orders. If an order paid with a gift card is refunded, the gift-card portion goes back onto the card and the rest to the original payment method. Non-refundable, and not replaceable if lost or stolen once issued. Treated as a Massachusetts gift certificate under M.G.L. c. 200A.
